Lawyer Registration Rules Amendment

Effective January 1, 2022, the Rules of the Supreme Court on Lawyer Registration have been amended to require active status lawyers to report, on an annual basis, pro bono hours and whether financial contributions have been made to persons of limited means. There is an exemption for judges and lawyers employed by governmental agencies.  To view an informational video on pro bono reporting, click here.
